The legends are not necessarily owned by any particular group or class of people; rather they come out of some flash of brilliance in the mind of any individual any moment. So is the tale of Rayyan Air which is still in infancy but showing muscles through its achievement in a very short time. It dates back to a few years earlier when it started its operations. Though near many it is a charter operator but the recent service breakthrough by starting a weekly flight to China (Kashgar) has given it the edge over its competitors. This flight is not a mere airline operation, in fact it is immensely contributing towards the trade and business relationship between Pakistan and China, promoting cross-cultural harmony, boosting tourism (both ways), providing very convenient connectivity to Chinese and Pakistani travelers beyond their origins and destinations. De facto it is the revival of Silkroute which through ages has been the catalyst for trade
and merchant activities for different parts of the world. All credit is due for Rayyan Air in this regard
It has successfully flown regular charter flights to different parts of the world by using all types of aircraft: from turboprops to widebodies like B-747s and B-777s. Pertinent to mention are its UN peacekeeping missions flown for Pakistan and other countries which due to its following of highest standards of quality and safety has credited it as the best charter operator of the country. Record breaking charter flights for UN peacekeepers include operations from Ulanbatar to Montevideo and Manila to HAITI and spanned over the four continents.
Now it is going to create its own atlas soon. Shortly it will be airborne with its flights to Najaf (Iraq) from Karachi and Lahore for holy pilgrims. At the same time it will also be operating daily flights to northern gateways like Islamabad, Gilgit and Skardu. Later it will be flying to and from Quetta and some other places in Baluchistan to cater for the needs of our mid-east bound passengers. Owned and led by a seasoned and mature aviation expert and staffed by a highly dedicated and professional team, the airline foresees the coming time as challenging and rewarding which will position it as a winning airline in the region due to its firm commitment to highest standards of service. In all its offerings, the value-addition is the order of the day. The service continuum is comprised of passenger (schedule and charter), cargo and other ancillary services which we provide by meeting all the required regulatory standards.
The airline is also to give related services to other airlines along with aircraft management, handling services, visa, crews, aviation-related permissions, etc. to become a complete aviation service provider. This Rayyan story is just a show of a promising start which over the time will prove as one of the best regional carriers.
